You will be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted to these Terms & Conditions by placing an order with us. You are making HASTAKALA an offer to buy the items listed in the shipment under the conditions outlined in your order by submitting a purchase request through this website.

We will give you a confirmation that your order has been received once you place it.  This does not mean that the goods have been accepted as part of your offer to buy them. A contract for the sale of our items between you and HASTAKALA won’t be in place until after an order has been approved, processed, and shipped to you.

The contract between HASTAKALA and you is finished after your order has been shipped. Due to the following factors, we are unable to fulfil any obligations:

  • The item you requested not being available for purchase


  • Our inability to secure your payment’s authorization


  • Discovering a mistake in the product description or pricing


  • Customers who fail to meet any of the order criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions.

You may make a purchase offer at any moment, but we reserve the right to decline it. As long as it is within our power to do so, we will use reasonable care to safeguard the details of your order and payment; however, absent gross negligence on our part, we are not responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third-party gains unauthorised access to any data you provide when using or placing an order on the Website.


Items with Defects

We are aware of the frustration a defective or incorrect product can cause.

Policy on Damaged or Defective Items:

To be eligible for a resolution of the issue, you must contact us about any damaged or defective item within three days after the delivery date. When your order is incorrect, we provide a number of solutions. We might need a photo and the introductory video for the original item to be returned before giving a resolution in order to assist make your transaction flawless. We retain the right to cancel the refund or charge for a replacement item if you are told to return the original item and it is not received at our Returns Center. We will use our best efforts to guarantee that all information on products, including their details, descriptions, and prices, is accurate as of the moment that the relevant information was entered into the system. Despite our best efforts to keep the Website up to date, the material, including Product Descriptions, may not always accurately reflect the situation at the precise moment that you place an order.




The entire weight and dimensions of your order will be used to determine the shipping costs, which will be computed and applied automatically at the checkout.


Please allow 5 to 10 working days for delivery of your purchase.


Please allow extra days for delivery to islands and other countries (including the Channel Islands) as these estimates only apply to mainland India.

Once your product has been shipped, you will get a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).


We retain the right to modify or discontinue our delivery service whenever we see fit.
